Become a Neuro-Spa Group Member: A Premium Network for rTMS and TPS
Would you like to offer rTMS and TPS responsibly in your practice, with clear protocols, robust quality assurance, and a structured launch? The Neuro-Spa Group combines clinical experience with the latest research and supports you in integrating neurostimulation in a safe, transparent, and practice-ready manner: from determining indications and supervision to standards, tools, and visibility within the network. Find out on this page how to become a member of the Neuro-Spa Group.
Why Neuro-Spa Group?
Medical progress is only possible when it is approached responsibly. That is why we focus on clinical pragmatism grounded in scientific evidence—transparent, quality-assured, and patient-centered. To this end, the Neuro-Spa Group develops structured analysis and training programs to ensure that modern neurostimulation is implemented in clinical practice not “haphazardly,” but in a planned and precise manner.
Who is membership intended for—and who is it not intended for?
This collaboration is primarily aimed at physicians who wish to integrate rTMS/TPS as a medical procedure into their care plan—particularly in the following fields:
- Psychiatry, Neurology, Neurological Medicine
- Internal medicine, general practice, primary care physicians
- Aesthetic medicine practitioners with a reputable medical setting and an interest in mental well-being and brain longevity
Membership is generally not suitable if …
- a purely “wellness setting” without medical standards is planned,
- there is no capacity for structured diagnostics, patient education, documentation, and follow-up,
- the primary goal is simply “set up the device and get started,” without adherence to protocols, supervision, or a quality system.
Qualifications & Requirements
You do not need to have completed a “pre-neurology program,” but you should take neurostimulation seriously as a medically supervised procedure. The key requirements are:
- Medical license/medical responsibility and a practice setting that enables safe patient care
- Willingness to engage with onboarding, standards, and quality processes
- Interest in interdisciplinary work (case conferences, consultations, updates)
Clinical Benefits – Your Clinical Edge
Personalized treatment planning
Personalized treatment recommendations from Dr. Oliver Seemann using the Neuro-Spa analysis algorithm neo TMS, based on your QEEG brain mapping.
Supervision & Case Conferences
Weekly virtual case conferences and opportunities for ad hoc consultation—collaborative, interdisciplinary, and solution-oriented.
Quality Assurance & Standards
Structured processes, documentation tools, and regular updates to protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent implementation in practice.
Real-time knowledge transfer
Access to curated research updates, clinical guidelines, and best-practice parameters from the network.
Quality Circle Neurostimulation
Free of charge and exclusive to members of the Neuro-Spa Group
A quality circle is a small, fixed group of physicians who meet regularly to look critically at their own practice and develop it together. The focus is on concrete cases, current studies and the question of what can be improved in everyday treatment. The group decides on the topics itself. A trained moderator structures the meetings and makes sure that they end with results you can actually use.
Our quality circle is devoted entirely to neurostimulation: rTMS, TPS and related procedures. It is aimed at physicians who already use these methods or plan to introduce them, and who value professional exchange among equals.
The circle is moderated by Dr. med. Oliver Seemann. He is a qualified moderator of quality circles under the guidelines of the Swiss „Forum für Qualitätszirkel“ (SGAIM – Swiss Society of General Internal Medicine).
Participation is free of charge for members of the Neuro-Spa Group. Dates and format will be announced to members shortly.
Evidence & Interpretation: Scientifically Sound, Realistically Communicated
The evidence supporting rTMS and TPS varies depending on the indication, which is precisely why clear classification is essential. Through the network, you’ll benefit from curated updates, practical experience with treatment protocols, and transparent communication regarding indications, limitations, and managing patient expectations. This ensures that care remains scientifically grounded while remaining practical for everyday use.
Business & Networking Benefits

Listing of your location on the Neuro-Spa website, including a contact profile. Participation in marketing campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Search).
Brand & Materials
License to use the Neuro-Spa and neo TMS logos, as well as corporate design assets (e.g., flyer design templates), for your practice communications.
Technology & Features
- Exclusive Glad-X® wearable for demonstrating neuromodulation applications in clinical practice. Wearables can be used by patients at home as a complementary treatment.
- Discounted devices for your practice through partners; together, we’ll find a solution that fits your setting (purchase or lease, depending on the situation)
Community & Professional Development
- Peer chat channels for ongoing communication
- Competence Day: Annual in-person training session featuring the latest research trends
Reliable Support
Direct hotline support from Dr. Seemann and his colleagues—as a team, not as a "lone wolf" model.
Costs & Setting Up a Practice: What to Expect
Transparency is more important here than “flat rates” because costs depend on the setup, the device solution, and the practice structure. Typically, the effort and budget consist of the following components:
- Membership & Onboarding: Access to network structures, standards, resources, and ongoing exchange
- Setup Costs: Instruction/training, process setup, documentation and communication channels
- Technical Implementation: Equipment (purchase or lease), maintenance/service depending on the provider, additional diagnostic components if necessary
- Operation & Scaling: Time slots for series, staff workflows, scheduling logic, progress monitoring
During our introductory meeting, we’ll determine which setup best suits your practice: medically, organizationally, and economically.
Law, Responsibility & Safety
Neurostimulation requires careful consideration. You retain medical responsibility for indications, patient education, and treatment decisions, and you won’t be left to handle this alone. The Neuro-Spa Group supports you with:
- practical documentation tools and quality standards
- Support with patient education and informed consent (templates/structure aligned with standards)
- clear processes for indication review, follow-up, and updates
Getting Started & Process
1) Initial contact
A no-obligation introductory meeting with Dr. Oliver Seemann.
2) Qualification test
Medical and organizational fit (primarily: psychiatry, neurology, internal medicine, general practice, family medicine, and aesthetic medicine).
3) Contract & Onboarding
Contractual agreement, access to resources, start of training.
4) Integration into the network
Inclusion on the website and in campaigns, setup of communication channels, and commencement of patient care.
Time required: typically up to 3 months, including equipment procurement, with support from the Neuro-Spa team and special pricing on equipment.

Quick FAQ for Doctors
What qualifications do I need?
What matters most is medical responsibility and a clinical setting that reliably supports diagnosis, patient education, documentation, and follow-up care. The onboarding process establishes standards and protocol procedures to ensure safe implementation.
How much does membership cost—is there a setup fee?
The cost depends on the model you choose and the scope of the setup (onboarding, level of support, equipment). During the introductory meeting, we’ll provide you with a clear breakdown tailored to your practice.
What are the costs associated with equipment (purchase/leasing)?
This depends on the equipment solution, service/maintenance, and the desired level of integration. There are options available through our partners—together, we’ll choose a practical option (purchase or lease).
What kind of ongoing support will I receive?
Case conferences, chat channels, a hotline, program updates, Competence Day, and marketing and visibility initiatives.
What legal support is available (information/consent)?
You will receive guidelines and templates for documentation, patient education, and quality standards. The medical decision and responsibility remain with you.
Who is membership not suitable for?
If there are no clear practice procedures in place for patient education and documentation, or if standards and supervision are not desired, the model generally does not work. It also does not work if a purely “wellness-oriented setting” without medical standards is planned.
